Guest Service Specialist


 

This position is a jack (or jackie)-of-all-trades kind of role. The perfect candidate must be flexible, adaptable, and willing to step in where needed on a day-to-day basis.

  • Executes daily opening and closing procedures

  • Understands Moose Creek Ranch's reservations system with basic proficiency

  • Welcomes guests to the ranch with competency in check-in/out procedures

  • Supports guest's needs and provides suggestions for activities in the area

  • Sells beer/wine/canned cocktails, merchandise, and general store items

  • Staffs the front desk as needed

  • Books horseback rides and rents E-bikes

  • Assembles and delivers s'more kits to rooms

  • Assists with quality control in rooms before check-ins

  • Cleans and restocks the coffee/breakfast station regularly

  • Assists in bucking/splitting/delivering firewood, kindling, newspaper, and matches/lighters to all glamping units, communal fires, and lodging firepit areas

  • Helps maintain general landscaping of the property

  • Cleans cabins and common areas during low seasons or big turnover days

  • Responsible for carrying out basic grounds inspection. This includes insuring grounds are irrigated consistently, all systems are operating to the best capacity (including plumbing, electric issues, etc. in cabins, the lodge, and other buildings on the property

  • Assists the general manager with any other maintenance needs around the property

  • Supports our event coordinator during weddings, family reunions, and corporate events with event setup, execution, and take down

  • Remains flexible in job responsibilities, days off, and scheduling

  • Removes trash from RV sites daily and ensures sites are ready for check-ins

  • Helps clean and maintain grills around the property

Moose Creek Ranch is located at the base of the Teton Pass, just outside of Victor, Idaho and Jackson Hole Wyoming. Both Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks lie at our doorstep, offering endless world-class recreation and scenery. Moose Creek Ranch is a guest ranch that serves as an adventure basecamp for guests from all over the world. We have 16 cabins, 15 RV sites, 5 Glamping cabins and an Airstream that we rent short-term. We also host weddings, retreats, and family reunions. Moose Creek Ranch provides horseback riding, E-Bike Rentals, and much more to our guests! We have a small team of hardworking, upbeat, personal, outdoor-minded staff. We are known for our incredible customer service, hospitality, and our stunning property at the base of the Tetons.
