Customer Experience Coordinator-Training beginning as early as March 1, 2024

Employment Type: Full-time 

Compensation: $17-$20 hourly -experience based

 We are an adventure and outdoor recreation outfitter looking for motivated, enthusiastic individuals to assist in our front sales office in one of the adventure capitals of the world: Moab, Utah. Day-to-day tasks will include regular guest interaction, both on the phone and in person, assistance in answering guest questions and concerns, and facilitation of reservations for both rental and tour options in advance and day-of. Stellar attention to detail, organization, patience, and computer literacy are all key skills we are looking for. Basic knowledge of local trails and nearby attractions is necessary and can be learned on the job!

Off-Road adventure guide training February 2024

Employment type: Full-Time with flexibility during certain times of the season 

Compensation: $15/hourly plus gratuities 

We are an adventure and outdoor recreation outfitter looking for guides who will lead our exciting Hummer tours and UTV tours, execute thorough UTV rental checkouts/check ins, as well as assist in day- to-day upkeep. We will provide all necessary training! We are looking for motivated individuals who can work well in a team, have excellent communication skills, are organized, and will provide stellar customer service. Guides must be at least 21 years of age, have a clean driving record, and have or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Automotive Technicians are onboarding December 2023 and January 2024

Employment Type: Full-time 

Compensation: $20-$25 experience based

We are an adventure and outdoor recreation outfitter looking for skilled and qualified technicians/mechanics who work well both independently and as part of a team, with excellent attention to detail and good customer service. Mechanics must be able to perform diagnostics and thorough inspections of vehicles, complete repairs as necessary, and perform on-trail repairs. Assistance in UTV rental check-outs/check-ins will be necessary.

 Qualifications:

• Prior experience (experience with performance modifications also preferred) 

• Proficiency in repair and maintenance of vehicles

• Welding and metal fabrication experience is a plus

• Valid driver’s license 

• Relocation to Moab, Utah
