Hiring:

Preparing high-quality meals in a timely manner, following recipe guidelines and utilizing a variety of cooking methods. This role requires effective communication with the chef on duty and adherence to sanitation standards to ensure a clean and efficient kitchen environment. 

The Details: 

Position Type: Seasonal 

Season Dates: starting in May and ending in September or October 2026 (exact dates vary by location) 

Pay: $18.85/hr 

Schedule: Typical schedule is 45-50 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays) 

Preparing high-quality cold foods and salads in a timely manner while closely communicating with the chef on duty.

Pay: $21.25/hr 
Schedule: Typical schedule is 45-50 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

 A strong work ethic From Memorial Day through Labor Day, the number of visitors and tour groups increases dramatically. Be ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

 A positive, contagious attitude while being able to embrace life without constant phone and internet connectivity. Please keep in mind that access to the internet is extremely slow due to limited bandwidth.
