Girl Scouts San Diego is hiring for a variety of summer positions including leadership, specialized and healthcare roles. Don’t miss the opportunity to join as a camp counselor if you love all things camp!
Girl Scouts San Diego has three ACA accredited camps:
Camp Winacka (Julian, CA)
A traditional rustic camp with spectacular views, a pool, miles of scenic hiking trails, a new environmental center and two beautiful lakes. Campers choose from programs focusing on aquatics, horses, arts, and adventure. Campers and staff sleep in open-air cabins with built-in bunk beds, in platform tents with bunk beds or on cots under the stars.
Camp Whispering Oaks (Julian, CA)
Features a sports field and basketball court tucked amongst beautiful oak and pine trees, unique stargazing venues, abundant wildlife, and a small, close-knit camp community. Campers choose from programs focusing on science and space, outdoor skills, sports, theater, and the arts. Campers and staff sleep in fully enclosed indoor cabins with electricity and paved, lighted pathways winding through native manzanita, oak and pine trees.
Day Camp (San Diego, CA)
Day Camp takes place at the Girl Scouts San Diego headquarters Located in the northwest corner of Balboa Park. The property includes three cabin levels with amenities for activities including full kitchens, large indoor spaces, covered porches and open outdoor areas. It also has an amphitheater, adventure climbing zone and target sports ranges.
