Senior Maintenance Technician - $24/hr

As a Sr. Maintenance Tech, using your existing skills and experience for troubleshooting, this position is responsible for the daily maintenance operations and preventive maintenance, including the guest accommodations, mechanical systems, grounds, buildings, tools, appliances, and pool/spa.  Assist with special projects, training, ordering, and scheduling when necessary.

  • Troubleshoots and performs repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment, structures, and appliances per the set schedule, and, as requested by Chief Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor, Guests, Housekeeping, and Management.   • Understand and carry out safe work practices in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines.

  • Practice safe chemical handling as prescribed in Material Safety and Data Sheets (MSDS).

  • Support Chief Engineer to ensure all safety programs, measures, and testing protocols are properly set up, maintained, and operational. 

  • Support Chief Engineer and assist with training in the department when directed.

  • Know properties, emergency procedures, and where all emergency shut-offs are located. Assists guests when necessary in case of an emergency. 

  • Identify and recommend improvements to the Chief Engineer and General Manager where and when needed.

  • Attend monthly Safety Training and Emergency Response Training.

  • Keep Front Desk and Housekeeping informed of accommodations being worked on so they can be put out of order as needed. Additionally, notify Front Desk and Housekeeping when work is complete. 

  • Provide high-quality service and uncompromising hospitality towards all customers and Team Members; act and communicate that is friendly and accommodating with Guests, Clients, Team Members, and Management.

General Maintenance Laborer- Saugerties

  • Develop and implement plans that continually improve upon guest satisfaction and associate performance. Respond and follow up on assigned customer care issues.

  • Attend to guest requests and complaints, resolve issues and partner with other departments to ensure an excellent guest experience.

  • Be knowledgeable of all emergency plans and safety practices and know how to act upon them.

  • Report any unusual occurrences immediately to the General Manager. Complete and submit compliance related reports and forms as needed.

  • Communicate in a timely manner with other department managers regarding issues that require their attention.

  • Know the facilities and hours of operation of the property.

Digital Marketing Manager - Santa Barbara -Remote Flexible

The Digital Marketing Manager will, under the direction of the Director of Digital, support the delivery of our digital marketing strategy; manage digital campaigns across our digital channels to achieve ROAS goals, monitor performance, proactively identify areas for optimization, and drive effective decision making on digital marketing initiatives. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the AutoCamp’s online advertising channels – including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, display, and YouTube – and our advertising initiatives across other digital and non-digital platforms. Please note that while this is currently a remote position, there is a strong preference for someone located within (or willing to relocate to) 120 miles from Santa Barbara, CA.

  • Create, manage, and optimize digital campaigns for 6-8 AutoCamp properties and brand-level campaigns, recommending industry benchmarks and hitting predefined ROAS goals

  • Drive and execute paid campaigns in the Google Ads interface; specifically Search and Google Display, Youtube and Google Discovery ads

  • Provide ongoing management and optimization of these campaigns with a heavy emphasis on tracking and reporting

  • Lead customer experience testing and optimizations throughout the customer journey (ad creatives, ad placements, landing page experience, conversions, post-conversion relationship, A/B testing, etc).

  • In partnership with the Director of Digital, develop digital marketing plans and strategies for new property openings

  • Stay on top of trends in digital strategy and bring new insights, best practices and recommendations to AutoCamp Marketing team for discussion and execution

  • Manage digital marketing budgets and deliverables across the AutoCamp portfolio

  • Determine high ROI digital remarketing efforts based on analysis of customer journey, and implement campaigns across digital channels

  • Execute reporting / analysis against the digital needs of marketing team to enable data-driven marketing and drive efficiencies, developing insights into campaign impact on customer acquisition, product awareness, product usage, revenue and more

  • Recommend new digital marketing channels based on customer journey and data

  • Stay on top of local events or seasonal impacts in local markets

  • Work closely with Revenue Managers to drive demand into low demand periods through digital channels

  • Research and recommend opportunities for non-digital advertising, effectively demonstrating ROI

  • Analyze new target markets and recommend digital marketing metrics based on findings

  • Effectively distill the essence of your technical work to audiences of all levels and across multiple functional areas, including leadership
